Most oil staining lifts substantially with our pre-treatment and blast process. Very old, deep-set stains may leave a shadow, but the improvement is dramatic — we’ll set expectations honestly when we quote.
No — we adjust pressure and nozzle technique for each surface. Pavers and older concrete get gentler treatment than new broom-finish concrete, and sand-jointed pavers can be re-sanded on request.
A standard double driveway typically takes 1–3 hours depending on size and build-up. Surfaces are walkable almost immediately and fully dry within hours.
Sealing after a deep clean helps concrete and aggregate resist oil, moss and staining, and makes future cleans easier. We can recommend and quote sealing as a follow-on.
